About Us

New Vision for a Changing World is a distinguished ecumenical magazine published by Nava Darshan Trust, a public charitable trust established in 1999. Initially launched in 1992 as a bimonthly periodical titled New Vision, it was founded under the editorial leadership of Prof Dr Mathew Koshy Punnackadu, with Prof Rev K C Mathew serving as the publisher. Upon officially registering, the magazine adopted the title New Vision for a Changing World. In 2006, the Trust reconstituted the Editorial Board, appointing Most Rev Dr Philipose Mar Chrysostom as the Patron, Rt Rev Dr Sam Mathew as the Chairman, Prof Dr Cyriac Thomas as the Honorary Chief Editor, and Dr Mathew Koshy Punnackadu as the Publisher. In 2021, with the permission of the Episcopal Synod of the Mar Thoma Church, Rt Rev Dr Thomas Theethos assumed the role of Chairman of the Editorial Board. The magazine is dedicated to ecumenical dialogue, advocating for eco-justice ministry, and fostering a relevant and transformative pastoral mission. It seeks to inspire and empower believers to actively contribute to building a sustainable and just world.
